Soak up the sun during the day then return to the beautifully decorated, upscale 2 bedrooms, 2 bath penthouse condo on the 21st floor. 1150 square feet of luxury awaits your visit. Pamper up to 6 guests at a time. Create special memories that will keep you coming back year after year.

Rejuvenate in the Master suite with plush king size bed with complimentary robes. You will have your own private bathroom (blowdryer provided). The master has its own entrance to the spectacular balcony. Enjoy the flat screen T.V. with cable and DVD player. All your favorite beach attire will fit perfectly in the spacious closet and large dresser. This is your home away from home.

The Guest Suite is also a treat with its plush pillow top queen mattress. You will enjoy your own flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. This guest suite also has its own bathroom (blow dryer provided).

The kitchen comes fully stocked with a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, granite countertops, electric range, self-cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, Keurig, crockpot, and mixer. Also provided are plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, eating and cooking utensils.

There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.

Ocean Villa provides covered parking with amenities that include a limited oceanfront fitness room, sauna, indoor/outdoor seasonally heated pool, outdoor pool with sun deck, oversized hot tub and pavilion with gas barbecue for guests to use.

No Smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

No Pets allowed.

3 night minimum stay.

June and July are Saturday to Saturday only.

$100.00 cleaning fee.

$250.00 refundable damage deposit.
