About John and Karan:
This is a dream come true for us. We have always wanted to purchase a 2nd home for us to get away from the cold winters of Ohio. We fell instantly in love with Panama City Beach, especially Ocean Villa Condos. We are so happy to share our 2nd home with people who enjoy the beach and hope that you will make memories like we are.
Why chose this condo?
Emerald Oasis (the name we gave our condo) is one of the highest 5 star reviewed condos in Panama City Beach. Take the time to read what other guests have said.
What makes this condo unique?
We absolutely love the HUGE balcony – 10 feet x 28 feet (that is HUGE for a balcony). The views from the 21st floor is amazing – couldn’t ask for anything better. We love how Ocean Villa isn’t one of those massive condo complexes. There are 23 floors (two of these floors are parking) – each having only 6 condos on each floor.
