A: Ocean Villa Resort policy is that the person booking the condo is required to be at least 25 years of age.
Q: How many guests can stay at Emerald Oasis?
A: The maximum amount of guests is 6 (adults and children).
Q: What time is check in?
A: Check in time is at 4:00 P.M. If you plan to be in the area earlier, text or call Karan that morning to see if the condo will be ready earlier.
Q: What time do I need to be checked out of Emerald Oasis?
A: We KNOW you don’t want to leave, but unfortunately, we will need you be out by 10:00 A.M. so our housekeeper can get the condo ready for the next guest.
Q: Can I smoke on the balcony or in the condo?
A: Emerald Oasis is a non-smoking condo. Ocean Villa Resort does not allow smoking on any balconies, but there are designated areas on the property where you are allowed to smoke.

A: There are two levels of parking underneath the building, as well as 3 levels of parking across the street with a walkway over the street for safety.
