When you stay at this condo you are welcomed by the view as soon as you open the door. The warmth inside and out – you almost feel like you own the place yourself. The decor, the roominess of all of the rooms and the balcony that you never want to leave. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. The fridge is accommodating to a few nights to a weeks stay. The bedooms are comfortable and it even has a pullout couch for the extra person. The bathrooms both have a tub for those who have little ones who still need the tub to use. Washer and dryer to help out when you don’t want to do laundry when you get back home from your wonderful vacation. If you come at the right season you get two beach chairs with your rental and that is most definitely a nice perk! The owners are the best we have ever come across. Always available when you need something or just have a question to ask. Staying here when a major hurricane comes around comes as surprise but a most memorable vacation we won’t ever forget! This is our second trip to this condo as we specifically search for this one when we plan our visit. A definite must when coming to PCB.

From the moment you walk in, you know that you have made the right choice for your stay in PCB. From the music that greets you upon your arrival to the amazing views, to the little extras throughout the condo you know that the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure that your stay is extra special. A big plus for me was the cleanliness of the unit, especially in light of the Covid pandemic. The extra steps that have been implemented by the owners made me feel as safe as we could possibly be. As a first-time visitor to PCB, I found the location to be convenient for anything we wanted to do (shopping, putt putt, bowling, axe throwing, etc) or anywhere we needed to go (Walmart, Publix, etc).

I have stayed with this owner and condo before. It gets better each time I stay. I had to cancel a trip after breaking my ankle 2 days and lucky I had a friend that was able to take my reservation. This owner was so great to work with and my friends loved the stay. This was their 2nd time to stay at this condo. The owner reached out to me and when they had a short stay open and since they knew I missed out on the great views and condo they let me know. I am so glad they did. This made my 2020 with all the other things that happen. I would have to say this condo is the place you will want to stay. Views are to die for and this condo is stocked with everything you will need. The owners are the best I have worked with over the years and now with all the things going on in 2020 they went the extra mile to make sure anyone checking in felt safe and conformable knowing the condo was cleaned and up to all safety standard. They actually went the extra mile to make sure of this. Housekeeping is the best at making sure every inch of the condo is cleaned and sanitized when you walk in. This made me feel so good I have already booked vacation at this condo and with the owner for my trip in 2021. Thank you John and Karan for sharing your place and the beach.

This is our second stay. We love the location and convenience of everything around. Great restaurants, stores and entertainment. All the comforts of home with an awesome view every day. All the tenants and guests we’ve ever seen at the pool or jacuzzi are all very friendly so no worries about not finding a friend. Two great pools and so convenient to get to from the elevators. The beach is RIGHT THERE too. And getting the 2 chairs and umbrella are a plus. No lugging your own down through the sand. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is the one you want to book. Hearing the ocean waves and seeing it from the couch is the best. Just book it now because it won’t be long before it’s unavailable. The welcome gifts make you feel a little special when you arrive too. They are the best owners we’ve ever found.

This condo did not disappoint! It had everything you could possibly need to make your vacation very relaxing and worry free! Loved the location to the attractions, restaurants and most of all the beach chairs that were free!! You could tell the owner takes pride in their condo rental and and is only a phone call away if you needed something. The pool and hot tub was great too! We will be going back next summer!

The best place to stay when in PCB!!! I stay here every year! Owner is fantastic and takes such good care of the condo! You won’t be disappointed!!

We absolutely love Karen’s condo! This our second year in a row coming! We enjoy this condo so much because it literally is home away from home! We have every item needed to cook a wonderful meal, the pool area had a grill. We also had every item needed to entertain, crock pot, drink mixers, blender etc. The bedrooms are super roomy and always spotless super clean! We have enough blankets for those who are cold and for those who like to sleep light. The Patio is breath taking! We watched many sunsets and sunrises, even saw dolphins one morning! The washer and dryer are super convenient as we flew and only took carry ones so we were able to do laundry. The beach chairs are a must! They are so comfortable and really a treat! Karen’s hospitality is amazing as well! She checked in and made sure everything was going well and answered any questions very quickly. We can not wait to go back next year!

We absolutely love this condo! It’s so beautiful, very cozy and has the best views off the balcony. Karan, condo owner, is fantastic!! She’s really goes out of her way to make you feel very welcome! Our family LOVES this condo. This was our second time visiting this property. You can not ask for better owners than John and Karan. It truly is a home away from home. Karan has thought of all the details that you would ever need in a condo. The wait for the elevator was than a minute everyday and the building and facilities are very clean and kept up. The view is truly indescribable!! You can see for miles and we enjoyed watching marine life from the balcony. Karan truly cares about her renters and goes above and beyond with communication. My family walked out this evening to leave and turned around and gave the condo a sad once over goodbye of sorts. You will fall in love with this condo too! We will be back next year. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo, you will not regret it!

This was our first time staying here and will not be our last. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Karan leaves you a surprise gift of bath items in each bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped as well as both bathrooms. The whole experience was awesome. The pools are great. Having the beach just steps away was the greatest along with having the beach lounge chairs and umbrella available saves you from lugging your own. Location of the condo was great as well. The little Cafe across the street was a life saver. Stores within walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay. As a matter of fact we are booked for the whole month of December. The view from the balcony is spectacular to say the least. Look no further if you’re planning a trip to Panama City Beach. The price is right !!!!!

The location on PCB couldn’t be better. We’re from Franklin TN, and it’s a very convenient area to visit and call our Home Away Home, We having been coming to our Ocean Villa resident for about 9-10 years. The accommodations are as always clean and inviting. It’s a special place to go and relax and see the beautiful sun rise and sunset. John and Karan are special people and we have enjoyed getting to know them.

You’ll want to come to back to this fabulous condo! It truly does stand out from the others with it’s decorative touches, spaciousness, and location. There isn’t a thing you need to bring other than a swim suit and towel. Loved the greeting package! It was so thoughtful and gave condo a resort like feeling. Noise does not travel from one bedroom to the other so it’s a great place for couples or families. The fact that each bedroom has its own bath attached is also a huge plus. The balcony is BIG and we could all hang out there together and enjoy the perfect view. Another big plus is that the beach chairs are included with your condo rental and that is a huge savings. I would recommend this condo in a minute and hope to stay in it again myself. Owner went out of her way to be helpful and was very patient with my zillions of questions. There are good quality grills near the pool that we used on several occasions to avoid crowds.

Everything about this condo is amazing. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need!!! The views are simply amazing. Karan and her husband are also extremely helpful and always there to answer any questions you have. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we will definitely be back for years to come!

We had amazing sunsets right from our balcony. We walked the beach a lot. Even in February you could enjoy the sights and sounds of the gulf. We experienced several foggy days which we were told is not typical, but if you drove inland a few miles you could get out of the fog. At least we didn’t have to scrape our windshields or shovel any snow! We enjoyed seeing the dolphins and stingrays from our balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook many meals , saving money. Also there were many restaurants within a 5 mile radius to eat out. We also enjoyed swimming in the heated outdoor pool several times! The hot tub was a nice feature and there were many nights we had it to ourselves. Overall we had a nice stay cation at this condo.

This is a beautiful condo with an awsome view! Conveniently Located to Wal-Mart, dining,and shopping. You must try the sunset diner just across the street! And only a 5 minute beach walk to pineapple Willie’s! The owner are top notch people!! We will definitely be going back

When we walked in the door, my wife and I both had our jaws hit the floor! This condo is first class all the way with the most amazing view we have ever experienced. Every aspect of the condo is done right. It has two full bathrooms and two big bedrooms along with a pull out couch. We left the kids at home on this trip and experienced one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that provides access to the huge balcony and we never closed it once the entire time we were there. The waves crashing outside were like our own sound machine, and we both slept soundly on the king size bed which was awesome! We were able to eat in several times as there is a large kitchen and dining area. It is close to all of the local attractions and restaurants. There are two pools and a hot tub to enjoy as well. You can tell the owners take great pride in their property, and I highly recommend it and know you will not be disappointed.

The balcony is our favorite part of this condo! It is very private and quiet. The property is well kept, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils to cook a full meal. Beautiful white sand beach. Karan/owner is a wonderful host with communication 5-star!!

Very clean, nicely decorated, fully loaded kitchen, comfortable beds, cable TV, DVDs, books, sand toys, and a furnished balcony. All the comforts of home with some added sand and a beautiful view all day long. We will make a return visit! My girlfriend and I stayed at Emerald Oasis for a week and we could not be happier with our stay. The condo was all that is advertised and more, the chairs on the beach are a great bonus as well. We had such a great time that we have already booked another week for next year in 2020 can not wait to get back to the crystal clear water!

From the booking process to the last day of our stay, this choice in rentals was the right choice. I would recommend it to anyone!!! The view, free beach chairs, great people at the building. Cleanliness, security cameras everywhere to make you feel safe. The skyway from the parking to the building. I guess the only complaint I’d have is that people still smoke on their balcony even though it’s against the rules. I’m not sure how that can be lawfully monitored though. It’s a great condo & if you’re thinking about renting it, I suggest you pull the trigger & rent Emerald Oasis!!!

This condo surpassed all of my expectations. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need, all appliances were like new, full size washer and dryer, nice towels, and beautiful furniture. Karan was just the best to rent from and asked several times if we needed anything and wanted suggestions for anything she need to provide and i couldn’t think of a thing!

The condo was everything as advertised. Well stocked and maintained. The views from the 21 floor balcony were wonderful. And adding in the beach chair and umbrella topped it off. Would recommend to a all. Thanks to Karen for sharing it with us.

This was our second time staying and we have already booked our third. John and Karan have thought of everything from rainy day games and movies to menus and activities of things to do! From the second you open the door you will know you have found your permanent vacation spot. Music is playing, it smells so clean, a swan made out of a towel, a bed full of goodies. You will be amazed! The decor is like something out of a magazine. Elegant, but inviting. Words cannot describe just how beautiful this condo is. The view from the balcony is like no other we had ever stayed at. The way it slants makes you feel as though you are standing in the Gulf. A very enjoyable, relaxing place to sit in the morning and see ocean life then again at the end of your day and watch the beautiful sunset. Karan will keep in constant contact and that let’s you know she truly cares about you and your vacation. I’m pretty sure that once you stay here that this Emerald Oasis will become your home away from home as it has ours. Owners were very accommodating and professional. Karen went out of her way to make this getaway just perfect. The condo was super comfy and quiet, the kitchen was very nicely stocked and convenient. The beach was wonderful and the free chair service was absolutely one of tHe reasons I chose this condo. The pools and beach access were clean and well maintained. Elevators were clean and fast, parking was secure and plentiful. Will always make this location my first choice at PCB!

From the fully stocked, beautifully redone kitchen, to the scenic views to the ocean from the balcony, this condo was hands down beautiful. Also, we loved that the owners pay for you to have a two beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach! We loved being down there so that was great! We had a great time here, we will never forget and hope to be back soon!

We are so happy we found this condo! It is absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything you may need during your stay. It was sparkling clean!! I was so impressed with the quality furnishings. The beds were so comfortable, the furniture was comfortable to hang out on for chillin’ watching movies. The condo is well stocked with movies and books, that was a nice touch! We really enjoyed the view off the very large deck overlooking the gulf! The beach chairs were a great bonus as we love our beach time. Karan was great at communicating with us. She truly cared that we were satisfied with everything. Our entire experience was fabulous! We are so lucky to have found this condo. We definitely will recommend it to our friends and will be back! The condo was very nice , clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The view was just as described on the website, and exceeded our expectations by the view of the ocean. Karan and John were so nice and attentive to our arrival and departure! We would definitely visit again and share our delight with others.

As usual our stay at Ocean Villa was amazing. The facility was clean and was home away from home. John and Karan are so, so helpful if we have any need. The most exciting place to stay in Panama City Beach. From the 21st floor you enjoy God’s most beautiful sunset.

We’ve stayed in Karan’s condo 2 years in a row and have really enjoyed both times. It’s on the 21st. floor and overlooks the beautiful white sand beach. It’s so nice to go out there in the early morning and see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. This year it was a tad cold in PCB, but this is not the normal as the locals will tell you. But in spite of the coolish weather we had a great vacation for the entire month of Feb. You will find everything you need, but if there’s something else you want or need, Walmart is just a short walk away. We went to St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church which is very close too. The Priest there is absolutely wonderful. But get there early because it tends to fill up very quickly. If you rent this condo I KNOW you will be very satisfied. I can’t speak enough on how WOW this place was. To the refreshing scent you get when you walk in the door, to the AHHH view you can see straight through the condo balcony doors. This condo has a perfect feel and perfect view. Not a thing I would change or add because it was all there. We have stayed at condo’s before that lacked utensils or cookware but this kitchen was fully equipped. The rooms are big and roomy. All tastefully furnished. Plenty of closet space. I really appreciate a clean and working washer and dryer. My whole family loved this place and are already excited about coming back again. Having the rental for the chairs and umbrella on the beach was spectacular cause we have never had that pleasure. Parking wasn’t so bad if you had to walk across the catwalk. Maintenance and Administration office staff were very nice to deal with. Everything was great!

The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Especially enjoyed using the binoculars and my kids loved playing domino games! Karan is the best landlady ever! She is very pleasant and informative. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the sound of the waves is so relaxing. The clean pools and hot tub came in handy when we needed a break from the beach. The elevators are fast moving up and down the building. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely go back next year and stay here again!

Karan was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond our expectations. We have visited PCB several times and this was by far the best rental experience both with owner and condo we have had. The little things meant so much to our family like the stroller and the kids dining plates. The music playing when we checked in created a wonderful relaxing ambiance. We loved the location too. Ocean Villa is a wonderfully clean and bright complex. The beach chars were a blessing and we used them every day. It felt like home but even better! I would like to thank the owners of this condo for thinking of it all. During my stay, we were able to use the full stocked kitchen props to complete all of our cooking needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the balcony was the best feature. We are many meals out on patio and it truly is very peaceful. We also enjoyed our beach chairs and umbrella at the beach which was included w/our weekly condo rental. Great way to connect w/family and or friends!

This Beach Vacation is EXACTLY what our family needed! We needed to recharge our batteries and that is what we did. Slept in, went to the beach, and relaxed. This unit is well equipped, super clean, and every detail has been thoughtfully attended to. Jazz music upon your entrance. Swans made from towels on our beds. Mint Chocolates! A souvenir drawstring backpack that was provided was perfect for carrying our odds and ends to the beach. Beds super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfast and lunches. My husband used the grills and said they were great and easy to use. The balcony was AMAZING! Karen was available throughout the entire booking process and was wonderful. She was amazingly hospitable. Made us feel like family. The only problem was, we did not want to leave. We will definitely return. This unit made me feel like I was at a home away from home. Thanks for making the stay so enjoyable.

My sister and I enjoyed four wonderful days! The condo was well-maintained and contained everything one would wish for in a home-away-from-home, all on the beach! The furnishings were lovely, and the kitchen had all up-to-date appliances. Everyone on the property, residents, guests, and workers were all friendly and helpful. The owner, Karan, was wonderful to work with! I would definitely re-book!

My husband and I stayed at the Emerald Oasis for a week for our anniversary. It was better than we could’ve hoped! The condo is immaculate, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cooking tools you could need. We enjoyed having home-cooked breakfasts every morning out on the balcony. And have I mentioned the view?! This condo has the most beautiful view from up on the 21st floor – it truly is breath-taking. The pictures did not even do it justice. The condo has two great pools and a hot tub, which we visited several times, and are just a step off of the beach. The beach is pristine and has powdery-soft white sand, and we took advantage of the beach chair rental every day, which was amazing and so convenient. This time it was just my husband and I, but we can’t wait to return with our two kids. The condo and location are so family-friendly, we know they would have an awesome time. Karan and John, the owners, go above and beyond to make their guests feel taken care of. We recommend 1000%!

We have never stayed in such a nice condo and had such a personal friendly relationship with the owner, as we did this year! We were in awe from the second we walked it. Fantastic aroma and music playing, then we walked in the bedroom to a nice welcoming swan made out of a towel with chocolates laying in front of the swan….And that is only the beginning. Karan and John think of it all from robes down to toothpicks? The coffee maker and Keurig are amazing and the cabinets have everything you need plus some! If you like to play games or watch movies in the evening or on a rainy day, they have plenty of both. We could carry on and on, but in 2 words Amazingly Perfect!! Loved the balcony and the view..Wow!! Stay here once and I’m sure you will rent this condo again from Karan and John, just as we did! And don’t forget to sign the guest book!! One more thing we loved..If you do not want to lay in the loungers one day ask the awesome beach service guy to set you up with chairs and umbrella and he puts you even closer to the beautiful Gulf!!

We enjoyed our stay even though there was a bit of bad weather but the condo was great! Karan did a great job making sure everything was ready when we got there and once we got there all we had to do was relax and enjoy the beach!

This was a great place to stay. The condo itself is super nice and clean and Karan was very sweet and easy to work with. The location is great, you have everything you need in the condo, you’re steps from the beach, and the complex and pools were very well kept. My mom really enjoyed her first trip to the beach! We were all very impressed with this place and highly recommend. The only “bad” thing … we forgot to sign the guest book! But the good news … we’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit PCB so we’ll sign it then … highly recommend staying here. Thanks for helping to make a wonderful trip!

Top notch condo! Everything has been thought of. From the time you walk through the door you are welcomed!! Karan is AMAZING through the whole process. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, inviting, clean and full of everything you need. They welcome you with relaxing music playing, a clean and great smelling condo, sweet chocolate treats and a gift! The balcony is to die for! The master bedroom view made my heart happy. The elevators are fast ( Three of them) and with only 6 units per floor, you are not waiting for long periods. Check in and check out was a breeze. You are in the middle of EVERYTHING! Literally! This is the perfect home away from home condo! This was our 4th condo we have stayed in and by far the best. Karen is so personable and sweet! We were having a text conversation while we were heading home. It’s like we have known each other for years. I love people like her. Try this condo, you will not be disappointed.
