TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Emerald Oasis Condo, as well as Ocean Villa Resort is non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area on the lower level.
No pets are allowed in the condo.
There is a maximum of 6 guests. The renter needs to be at least 25 years of age.
Our unit uses a keyless lock. The code changes with each reservation so it will only be good during the agreed upon rental dates.
Hurricane or Storm Policy – No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the mandatory evacuation is ordered in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
Housekeeping Services
No daily housekeeping services will be provided. The condo will be cleaned before and after you leave. You will be supplied with a start up of soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. You will also be supplied with bath towels and linens. A washer and dryer are available at no cost in the unit in case you need to do laundry.
Cancellation Policy/ Method of Payment
Any cancellation made with less than 30 days notice may result in forfeiture of deposit and rent. No refunds will be made for early departure or later check-ins.
